These Terms of Use govern your purchases from, and your use of, weareyvo.com and any other domain owned by Eyvo Ltda. (hereinafter referred to as “Eyvo”).
By placing an order and using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure you have read and understood them before completing your purchase.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your electronic invoice.
Make sure to enter a valid email address when placing your order this confirmation also serves as your proof of purchase.
We recommend keeping this email for any future communication with our customer service team.

2. Payment

Payments can be made securely using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or other available options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, depending on your country.

Eyvo does not store or access your credit card details.

If payment is not received after submitting your order, Eyvo reserves the right to automatically cancel your purchase.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on weareyvo.com are final and inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
You will not be charged any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes at delivery.
Eyvo handles all applicable taxes within the European Union the price you see is the price you pay.

We currently sell and ship exclusively to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

4. Discount Codes & Vouchers

Discount codes or vouchers must be applied during checkout to be valid.
Codes cannot be added after payment.
Ensure that the code is entered correctly and that the discount is applied before completing your order.

Conditions and exclusions may apply certain collections, limited editions, or already discounted products may not be eligible.

Voucher rules:

Welcome discounts (10%, 15%, 20%, or 25%) are valid once per customer.
“Second pair” discounts apply to the cheapest of the two products in your cart.
If one of the items is returned, the discount will be recalculated accordingly.

5. Orders

Orders placed under another person’s name without consent will be reported to the authorities.
Eyvo reserves the right to correct incorrect prices or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock inconsistencies.
If an incorrect price is discovered after purchase, Eyvo may cancel the order and refund the amount in full.

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving it, provided that the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when received.

6. Returns

You can return your Eyvo product within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A small return handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Personal Data

When shopping with Eyvo, some personal data is collected to process your order.
All information is treated confidentially and in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

We may also use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and improve our services.

8. Product Information

Eyvo reserves the right to adjust prices, modify product details, and update descriptions or images without prior notice.
We do our best to ensure all product photos accurately represent the items, but colors may vary depending on screen settings.
Images should be viewed as illustrations only.

9. User Content

The weareyvo.com website and our social channels may include user-generated content such as photos or videos.
Eyvo does not claim ownership over such content and holds no legal responsibility for it.
